    • holds fault and omission insurance
    • uses a recognized Inspection Service Agreement
    • performs his inspections according to a Professional Standard of Practice
    • delivers a written report to his customer
  3. The better you know the property, the better you will be able to act accordingly as far as the transaction is concerned
